GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Ticket / Tour Package is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE. No-shows on booked dates will result in services being forfeited. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
• Minor passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or travel agent at the airport. Otherwise, the guardian must secure clearance from DSWD.
• Passengers must check the airline website (under the “manage booking” section) for any flight or travel changes before their flight. HappyRoam Travel Agency is not liable for missed airport transfers or tours due to flight delays or changes.
• Passengers guarantee that the names in the booking are correct and match the spelling on their passport/valid I.D.
  In case of Force Majeure (e.g., Emergencies, Accidents, Storms, Rallies, Typhoons, etc.), which are beyond our control, HappyRoam Travel Agency will not be held liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/resort/local operators.
• If a flight is canceled by the airline, airfare may be refundable and rebookable subject to airline policies, while land arrangements are rebookable & refundable by travel credit only.
• INSURANCE: Tour packages do not include travel insurance, and we highly recommend purchasing full coverage before your travel. Should you fail to secure travel insurance, you accept full responsibility and indemnify HappyRoam Travel Agency for all damages/costs that may arise.

TOUR / LAND ARRANGEMENT

• JOINED TOURS / TRANSFERS: Drivers or tour guides can only wait for 10 minutes. Guests should be in the lobby on time for their tour or departure airport transfer pick-up. We will not be held liable if you fail to secure your seat in any arrangement, resulting in any secondary incident.
• PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Passengers are responsible for the safety of their belongings. We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
• CONDITIONS: HappyRoam Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour if group numbers are insufficient to confirm the group departure. We also reserve the right to alter tours and programs due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or canceled at any point during the tour to ensure the safety of all passengers.

HOTEL POLICY

• Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00, and standard check-out time is 12:00.
• Early check-in is subject to room availability. Late checkouts will automatically incur a charge for one (1) additional night.
• All room categories (bed configuration) are subject to availability upon check-in.

By booking with HappyRoam Travel Agency, you acknowledge that you have read our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
